LAMRI Founding Team Releases New Study on Public Support for Legalization in 3 Countries
José Miguel Cruz, María Fernanda Boidi and Rosario Queirolo analyzed LAPOP data to identify "Determinants of Public Support for Marijuana Legalization in Uruguay, the United States, and El Salvador." La marihuana legal cubrirá solo un cuarto de la demanda habitual
Hasta octubre de este año, 5.332 cultivadores de marihuana se registraron, como lo establece la ley. A eso se le suman 22 clubes cannábicos registrados en el Instituto de Regulación y Control de Cannabis, que pueden tener en total 990 afiliados (máximo 45 por cada uno). Además, hay dos licencias otorgadas a productores para poder cultivar y vender en farmacias y cada una de ellas tendrá un límite de producción de 2 toneladas anuales.
